void setRichClip(richText(string s)) changing behaviour between 8.3 and 9.3

We just updated from DOORS 8.3 to 9.3 and had to do a little fix on WEXP, which no longer produced table of contents. Doing this I stumbled over a subtle difference in how "void setRichClip(richText(string s))" behaves in the two DOORS versions, which I would like to share and, if possible, ask you to confirm.
The basic message is that setRichClip in all its flavours adds a carriage return / newline after the string it is putting to the clipboard. Just "void setRichClip(richText(string s))" in DOORS 9.3 does not do this.

The procedure for the following tests is always the same:

Run the code in a DOORS DXL Window, then simply press "Paste" in an open Word file:

setRichClip(richText "foobar")

If done in DOORS 8.3 --> In Word: "foobar" and newline

If done in DOORS 9.3 --> In Word: "foobar" and no newline
If you do the same with

setRichClip(richText "foobar83", "Heading 1")

or

string fontTable = "\\deff0{\\fonttbl {\\f1 Times New Roman;}}"
Buffer b = create
b = "foobar93"
setRichClip(b,"Normal", fontTable, false, false)

then the result is alsways the same, regardless of the DOORS version: In Word, there is always the string, with the additonal newline.

Is it a bug or a feature?

Regards,

Peter

Same activity in 9.2, with Word 2007...any known style works to get the LF...even no style just a second set of quotes will work if you are willing to deal with a Word popup...

I should have noted that for us, the problem lies only with the Table of Contents, where the "void setRichClip(richText(string s))" version is used. All other export actions are based on the other "setRichClip" flavours, which are not affected.
